KIAA0802 Antibody (A302-786A) in IP
Detection of human KIAA0802 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-KIAA0802 antibody (Product # A302-786A) used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. KIAA0802 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-KIAA0802 antibody A302-787A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated KIAA0802, A302-787A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
