KIF15 Antibody (PA5-143949) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of KIF15 in A431 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in KIF15 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143949) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human HL-60 whole cell, human U20S whole cell, human K562 whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell, human HepG2 whole cell, human Hela whole cell. IHC: human colon cancer tissue, rat testis tissue. ICC/IF: A431 cell. Flow: SiHa cell, U20S cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
