KLHL2 Antibody (PA5-30441) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry (Confocal immunofluorescence) of KLHL2 in methanol-fixed HeLa. Samples were incubated with KLHL2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-30441) using a dilution of 1:500 (green). Alpha-tubulin filaments were labeled with alpha Tubulin monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-25054) (Red) at 1:2,000.

KLHL2 (kelch-like protein 2), also known as actin-binding protein Mayven, is a 593 amino acid actin-binding protein. Highly expressed in brain, KLHL2 is thought to play a role in the organization of the actin cytoskeleton in brain cells.
