LGR4 Antibody (TA503193) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY LGR4 (RC221345, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-LGR4. Positive lysates LY413017 (100 µg) and LC413017 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

Target Information
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs, or GPRs) contain 7 transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins. GPCR LGR4 is a member of this family (subfamily Orphan-A). Its expression has been documented in human brain, adrenal, heart, kidney, liver, skeletal muscle, ovary, pancreas, placenta, prostate, spleen, stomach, testis, thyroid, and spinal cord.
