Western blot analysis of LHX6 in various lysates. Samples were incubated with LHX6 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96655) using a dilution of 1:2,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.

Target Information
LHX6 (LIM/homeobox protein Lhx6) is a probably transcription factor required for the expression of a subset of genes involved in interneurons migration and development. It functions in the specification of cortical interneuron subtypes and in the migration of GABAergic interneuron prescursors from the subpallium to the cerebral cortex.
