Immunohistochemistry analysis of LMO4 in paraffin-embedded human tonsil carcinoma tissue (cytoplasmic and nucleus staining) and negative control (right, with PBS only). Samples were incubated with LMO4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-75238) at a dilution of 1:50, followed by goat Anti-Rabbit IgG-biotin and avidin peroxidase.

LMO4 encodes a cysteine-rich protein that contains two LIM domains but lacks a DNA-binding homeodomain. The encoded protein may play a role as a transcriptional regulator or as an oncogene.
