LYPD6 Antibody (PA5-148333) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of LYPD6 in A431 cells. Samples were incubated with LYPD6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-148333) using a dilution of 1:100 at 4° overnight followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, and blocked with 10% serum. Counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm.
