Western blot analysis of MOXD1 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with MOXD1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96295) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.

Target Information
The MOXD1 (Monooxygenase, DBH-like 1) gene encodes a protein that is part of the copper type II, ascorbate-dependent monooxygenase family, which includes enzymes such as dopamine beta-hydroxylase.
