MYLK4 Antibody (PA5-25869) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of MYLK4 in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue. Samples were incubated with MYLK4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25869) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Target Information
MYLK4 serine/threonine kinase or myosin light chain kinase family member 4 is a member of the CAMK kinase family. It is one of four myosin light chain kinases noted in a comprehensive analysis of protein kinases encoded by the human genome. MLCKs are activated by Ca2+-calmodulin complexes and require Mg2+ or Ca2+ as a co-factor. It has 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.
