MYNN Antibody (CF800195) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY MYNN (RC207080, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-MYNN. Positive lysates LY412964 (100 µg) and LC412964 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. To use this carrier-free antibody for conjugation experiments, we strongly recommend performing another round of desalting. (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7KMWCO, 0.5 mL, Product # 89882)
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the BTB/POZ and zinc finger domain-containing protein family that are involved in the control of gene expression. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants and a pseudogene has been identified on chromosome 14.
