          NCK1 Antibody (MA5-15024) in WB

Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of A431 (Lane 1), HeLa (Lane 2), HEK293 (Lane 3), Jurkat (Lane 4), K562 (Lane 5), COS7 (Lane 6), U-87 MG (Lane 7) and Mouse Testis (Lane 8). The blot was probed with Anti-NCK1 Monoclonal Antibody (K.349.1) (Product # MA5-15024, 1:5000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). A 45kDa band corresponding to NCK1 was seen in all cell... View More {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

          Product Specific Information

It is not recommended to aliquot this antibody.

          Target Information

NCK1 is one of the signaling and transforming proteins containing Src homology 2 and 3 (SH2 and SH3) domains. It is located in the cytoplasm and is an adaptor protein involved in transducing signals from receptor tyrosine kinases to downstream signal recipients such as RAS. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found.
