Western blot analysis of NEGR1 in Mouse brain tissue lysate. Samples were incubated with NEGR1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-148440) using a dilution of 1:500 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lane A: Mouse brain tissue lysate. Lysates/proteins at 30 μg per lane. Developed using the ECL technique. Performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 38 kDa.
