Western blot analysis of NHP2 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with NHP2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-110031) using a dilution of 1:3,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 60s.

Target Information
NHP2 belongs to the H/ACA small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein (H/ACA snoRNP) complex, which catalyzes pseudouridylation of rRNA. It is required for ribosome biogenesis and telomere maintenance, and for correct processing or intranuclear trafficking of TERC, the RNA component of the telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) holoenzyme.
