NR2F1 Antibody (PA5-30190) in WB
Western Blot analysis of NR2F1 was performed by separating 30 µg of non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts by 10% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a NR2F1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30190) at a dilution of 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a nuclear hormone receptor and transcriptional regulator. The encoded protein acts as a homodimer and binds to 5'-AGGTCA-3' repeats. Defects in this gene are a cause of Bosch-Boonstra optic atrophy syndrome (BBOAS).
