NUDT21 Antibody (MA5-26808) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human lymphoma tissue. To expose target proteins, 1 mM EDTA in 10mM Tris, pH8.5, 120°C for 3min was used. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a NUDT21 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-26808).

NUDT21 is one subunit of a cleavage factor required for 3' RNA cleavage and polyadenylation processing. The interaction of the protein with the RNA is one of the earliest steps in the assembly of the 3' end processing complex and facilitates the recruitment of other processing factors.The protein encoded by this gene is one subunit of a cleavage factor required for 3' RNA cleavage and polyadenylation processing.
