Western blot analysis of NUP155 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with NUP155 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96795) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 45s.

Target Information
Nucleoporins are the main components of the nuclear pore complex (NPC) of eukaryotic cells. They are involved in the bidirectional trafficking of molecules, especially mRNAs and proteins, between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. The protein does not contain the typical FG repeat sequences found in most vertebrate nucleoporins.
