Neutrophil elastase Antibody (MA5-42901) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of Neutrophil elastase in paraffin-embedded mouse bone marrow. Samples were incubated with Neutrophil elastase Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-42901) using a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Target Information
The neutrophil form of elastase is 218 amino acids long, with two asparagine-linked carbohydrate chains (see glycosylation). It is present in azurophil granules in the neutrophil cytoplasm. There appear to be two forms of neutrophil elastase, termed IIa and IIb.
