Western blot analysis of Norovirus VP2 in Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were separated with 12% SDS-PAGE and incubated in Norovirus VP2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117420) using a dilution of 1:5,000, followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG.
