P30 of ASFV Antibody (29513-1-AP) tested by ELISA. P30 of ASFV(1-204aa ) were coated onto microtiter plates at 0.15 µg/well and then incubated with a dilution series of P30 of ASFV Antibody (29513-1-AP). Bound antibodies were detected with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG followed by incubation with HRP Substrate and then measuring the resulting absorbance at 450 nm.

ASFV structural protein p30 is a membrane phosphoprotein that suggests it may play a regulatory role, possibly in signal transduction.
