PAK1 Antibody (PA5-118139) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of PAK1 in HeLa cells. Samples were treated with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-118139) with a dilution of 1:5,000 (4°C overnight), followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and DAPI (blue).

These proteins serve as targets for the small GTP binding proteins Cdc42 and Rac and have been implicated in a wide range of biological activities. PAK1 regulates cell motility and morphology.
