PDK1 Antibody (MA5-32702) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of PDK1 was performed using 70% confluent log phase HeLa cells. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 10 minutes, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton™ X-100 for 15 minutes, and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at room temperature. Target Information
PDK1 (3-phosphoinositide dependent kinase-1) is a serine/threonine protein kinase localized to the plasma membrane. It plays a vital role in insulin-induced glycogen synthesis, PKC activation, and activation of the AGC subfamily of protein kinases. Plays an important role in cellular responses to hypoxia and is important for cell proliferation under hypoxia. Protects cells against apoptosis in response to hypoxia and oxidative stress.
