PHACTR3 Antibody (PA5-31616) in WB
Western Blot analysis of PHACTR3 was performed by separating 30 µg of non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts by 5% SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and probed with a PHACTR3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-31616) at a dilution of 1:100000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is associated with the nuclear scaffold in proliferating cells. It was found to bind to the catalytic subunit of protein phosphatase-1 (PP1) and inhibit PP1 activity, suggesting that this protein may function as a regulatory subunit of PP1. Alternative splicing at this locus results in several transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
