PLCD1 Antibody (PA5-118168) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of PLCD1 in U251MG cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with PLCD1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118168, 1:200) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.

Phosphoinositide-specific phospholipase C (PLC) acts as a signal transducer that generates 2 second messengers, diacylglycerol and inositol 1, 4, 5-trisphosphate, by hydrolyzing inositol phospholipids. PLC comprises a diverse family of enzymes that differ in structure and tissue distribution (Berridge, 1993 ).
