POLDIP3 Antibody (PA5-117719) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of POLDIP3 in HeLa cells using POLDIP3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-117719) diluted at 1:133, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

This gene encodes a protein that interacts with the DNA polymerase delta p50 subunit. This protein is a specific target of S6 kinase 1 and regulates cell growth. Two transcript variants that encode different protein isoforms have been identified.
