PPP1R14B Antibody (A302-364A) in IP
Detection of human PPP1R14B by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PPP1R14B antibody (Product # A302-364A) used for IP at 10 µg/mg lysate. PPP1R14B was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PPP1R14B antibody A302-365A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated PPP1R14B, A302-365A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
