Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: rat brain tissue, human U-87MG whole cell. IHC: human meningeoma tissue, human meningeoma tissue, rat brain tissue, rat brain tissue. Flow: THP-1 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Target Information
Arginine methylation is a widespread posttranslational modification mediated by arginine methyltransferases, such as PRMT8. Arginine methylation is involved in a number of cellular processes, including DNA repair, RNA transcription, signal transduction, protein compartmentalization, and possibly protein translation.
