          Phospho-Ezrin/Radixin/Moesin (Thr558, Thr567, Thr564) Antibody (PA5-117253) in WB

Western blot analysis of Phospho-Ezrin/Radixin/Moesin (Thr558, Thr567, Thr564) in extracts of PC-12 cells. Samples were incubated with Phospho-Ezrin/Radixin/Moesin (Thr558, Thr567, Thr564) Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117253) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. PC-12 cells were treated by ATP (5 mM) at 30°C for 1 hour. L... View More {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. View more

          Target Information

Moesin, a member of the talin-4.1 superfamily, is a linking protein of the submembraneous actin cytoskeleton. It is expressed in macrophages, lymphocytes, fibroblastic, endothelial, epithelial, and neuronal cell lines but not in blood cells. It is involved in cell adhesion, migration, and organization of cell surface structures.
