Phospho-FES (Tyr713) Antibody (PA5-105783) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Phospho-FES (Tyr713) in mouse kidney tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Phospho-FES (Tyr713) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-105783) using a dilution of 1:200 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of FES only when phosphorylated at Tyr713.
Target Information
FES (FPS) is a tyrosine protein kinase that is required for maintenance of cellular transformation. Its chromosomal location is linked to a specific translocation event identified in patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia, and it is also involved in normal hematopoiesis. Alternative splicing results in multiple variants encoding different isoforms.
