          Phospho-MEK3/MEK6 (Ser189, Ser207) Antibody (PA5-17887) in WB

Western blot was performed using Anti-Phospho-MEK3/MEK6 (Ser189, Ser207) Polyclonal Antibody(Product # PA5-17887) and a 39 kDa and 37 kDa bands corresponding to Phospho-MEK3/MEK6 (Ser189, Ser207) were observed in A549 cell line treated with Anisomycin and not treated with PMA. Whole Cell Extract-WCL (30 µg lysate) of A549 (Lane 1), A549 treated with 25 µg/mL Anisomycin for 30 minutes (Lane 2) and A549 treat... Target Information

This gene encodes a member of the dual specificity protein kinase family, which functions as a mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase. MAP kinases, also known as extracellular signal-regulated kinases, act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals. This protein phosphorylates and activates p38 MAP kinase in response to inflammatory cytokines or environmental stress. As an essential component of p38 MAP kinase mediated signal transduction pathway, this gene is involved in many cellular processes such as stress induced cell cycle arrest, transcription activation and apoptosis.
