          Phospho-TrkC (Tyr705) Antibody (PA5-99562) in IHC (P)

Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded Phospho-TrkC (Tyr705) in rat lung tissue sections. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with Phospho-TrkC (Tyr705) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99562) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit. {{ $ctrl.currentElement.advancedVerification.fullName }} validation info. Product Specific Information

Antibody detects endogenous levels of TrkC only when phosphorylated at Tyr705.

          Target Information

NTRK3 (TRKC) belongs to the neurotrophic factor family of related polypeptides central to the development and maintenance of the mammalian nervous system. Known substrates for the TRK receptors are SHC, PI-3 kinase, and PLCG1. The different isoforms do not have identical signaling properties. The protein is widely expressed, mainly in the nervous tissue. The isoform B is expressed in a relatively large amount in the adult brain comparatively to fetal brain. TRKC is subject to ligand-mediated auto-phosphorylation. The protein structure contains 2 immunoglobulin-like C2-type domains and 2 leucine-rich (LRR) repeats.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. Not for resale without express authorization.
