Western Blot using RAB5B Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78144). HeLa whole cell and membrane extracts (30 µg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RAB5B Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78144) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
