RBCK1 Antibody (PA5-73012) in WB
Western blot analysis of RBCK1 in A549 cell lysate in the 1) pre immune sera and 2) abesence of immunizing peptide and 3) 3T3 cell lysate. Samples were incubated in RBCK1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-73012) using a dilution of 2 µg/mL followed by a goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody. PicoTect ECL substrate solution was used for this test.
