Western Blot using RBM4B Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-31272). 293T whole cell and nuclear extracts (30 µg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RBM4B Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-31272) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
