          RBPJ Antibody (MA5-49168) in WB

Western blot analysis of RBPJK/RBPJ using RBPJK/RBPJ antibody (Product # MA5-49168). Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking gel) / 90V (Resolving gel) for 2-3 hours. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 50 µg of sample under reducing conditions. Lane 1: human HEK293 whole cell lysates; Lane 2: human HEPG2 whole cell lysates; Lane 3: human HELA whole cell lysates; Lane 4: human MCF-7 whole cell lysates; Lane 5: human U87 whole cell lysates; Lane 6: human HL-60 whole cell lysates; Lane 7: rat NRK whole... Product Specific Information

Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.

Positive Control - WB: human HEK293 whole cell, human HEPG2 whole cell, human HELA whole cell, human MCF-7 whole cell, human U87 whole cell, human HL-60 whole cell, rat NRK whole cell, mouse smooth muscle tissue. Flow: HEPA1-6 cell, U937 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

          Target Information

CSL plays a role in the regulatory network through which muscle cells coordinate their structural and functional states during growth, adaptation, and repair. The protein is abundantly expressed in heart and skeletal muscle and expression is increased by passive stretch. Mutations in this gene can lead to X-linked deafness.
