RC3H2/MNAB Antibody (A305-150A) in IP
Detection of human RC3H2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RC3H2 antibody (Product # A305-150A) (lot 1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. RC3H2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RC3H2 antibody A305-149A. For blotting immunoprecipitated RC3H2, A305-150A was used at 0.4 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
