REA Antibody (MA5-49251) in IHC (P)

Immunohistochemistry analysis of REA in paraffin-embedded section of human ovarian serous adenocarcinoma tissue. Heat mediated antigen retrieval was performed in EDTA buffer (pH 8.0, epitope retrieval solution). The tissue section was blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were incubated with REA Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-49251) using a dilution of 2 μg/mL overnight at 4°C. Biotinylated goat anti-mou... Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

          Target Information

PHB2 acts as a mediator of transcriptional repression by nuclear hormone receptors via recruitment of histone deacetylases. This protein functions as an estrogen receptor (ER)-selective coregulator that potentiates the inhibitory activities of antiestrogens and represses the activity of estrogens. It competes with NCOA1 for modulation of ER transcriptional activity. It is probably involved in regulating mitochondrial respiration activity and in aging.
