Western Blot analysis of REG3B using REG3B Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-36051) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: Mouse pancreas tissue lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 19 kDa. Observed band size: 17 kDa.

The REG3B gene encodes a protein that is part of the regenerating islet-derived (Reg) family, with significant roles in antimicrobial activity and tissue repair. REG3B is primarily expressed in the pancreas and is implicated in pancreatic regeneration, playing a critical role in conditions such as diabetes and pancreatitis.
