RFLAT-1 Antibody (PA5-100594) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of RFLAT-1 in rat skin tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with RFLAT-1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100594) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
RANTES factor of late activated T-lymphocytes 1 (RFAT-1) represses transcription by binding to the BTE site, a GC-rich DNA element, in competition with the activator SP1. It also represses transcription by interacting with the corepressor Sin3A and HDAC1. Activates RANTES expression in T-cells. (Uniprot)
