RFX7 Antibody (A303-061A) in IP
Detection of human RFX7 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-RFX7 antibody (Product # A303-061A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. RFX7 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-RFX7 antibody A303-062A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated RFX7, A303-062A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
