SARS-COV-2 NSP7 Antibody (29263-1-AP) in ELISA
SARS-CoV-2 Envelope protein Antibody (29263-1-AP) tested by ELISA. SARS-COV-2 NSP7 protein was coated onto microtiter plates at 1 µg/well and then incubated with a dilution series of SARS-COV-2 NSP7 protein Antibody (29263-1-AP). Bound antibodies were detected with HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG followed by incubation with HRP Substrate and then measuring the resulting absorbance at 450 nm.

Plays a role in viral RNA synthesis (PubMed:32358203, PubMed:32277040, PubMed:32438371, PubMed:32526208). Forms a hexadecamer with nsp8 (8 subunits of each) that may participate in viral replication by acting as a primase. Alternatively, may synthesize substantially longer products than oligonucleotide primers.
