SBNO1 Antibody (PA5-144033) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of SBNO1 in A549 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in SBNO1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-144033) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL. SBNO1, also named as Monocyte protein 3 or MOP3, is a 1393 amino acid protein, which belongs to the SBNO family. SBNO1 play an important role in development of the vertebrate central nervous system. SBNO1 has four isoforms with MW 154 kDa and 80 kDa.
