SCML2 Antibody (CF807786) in WB
HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY SCML2 (RC209060, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-SCML2. Positive lysates LY416870 (100 µg) and LC416870 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

For reconstitution, we recommend adding 100 µL distilled water to a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL. Target Information
SCML2 is a putative component of a Polycomb group (PcG) multiprotein complex involved in represing transcription of homeotic genes during development. It mediates chromatin remodeling and DNA dependent negative regulation of transcription by binding to methylated lysine residues in histone tails.
