SEMA4G Antibody (PA5-47786) in WB
Western blot analysis of SEMA4G in SH‚SY5Y human neuroblastoma cell line. Samples were incubated in SEMA4G polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47786) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for Semaphorin 4G at approximately 115 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
