Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human HEK293 whole cell, human HELA whole cell, human Raji whole cell, human U20S whole cell, human Jurkat whole cell, human CACO-2 whole cell, rat brain tissue, rat PC-12 whole cell, mouse brain tissue, mouse RAW2647 whole cell. IHC: human rectal cancer tissue. Flow: HEPG2 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
SEMA6A can act as repulsive axon guidance cues. It may play a role in channeling sympathetic axons into the sympathetic chains and controlling the temporal sequence of sympathetic target innervation.
