SH3RF1 Antibody (MA5-55676) in WB
Western blot analysis of SH3RF1 in 15 µg of mouse brain tissue lysate. Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane, and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. SH3RF1 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Incubation with primary SH3RF1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55676) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL was used.

Target Information
This gene encodes a protein containing an N-terminus RING-finger, four SH3 domains, and a region implicated in binding of the Rho GTPase Rac. Via the RING-finger, the encoded protein has been shown to function as an ubiquitin-protein ligase involved in protein sorting at the trans-Golgi network. The encoded protein may also act as a scaffold for the c-Jun N-terminal kinase signaling pathway, facilitating the formation of a functional signaling module.
