Immunocytochemistry analysis of SHIP2 in Hela cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in SHIP2 Monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-49211) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human Hela whole cell, human Raji whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell, rat C6 whole cell, mouse NIH/3T3 whole cell. IHC: mouse brain tissue, rat brain tissue, human ovarian cancer tissue, human renal clear cell carcinoma tissue, human rectal cancer tissue. ICC/IF: HELA cell. Flow: THP-1 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is an SH2-containing 5'-inositol phosphatase that is involved in the regulation of insulin function. The encoded protein also plays a role in the regulation of epidermal growth factor receptor turnover and actin remodeling. Additionally, this gene supports metastatic growth in breast cancer and is a valuable biomarker for breast cancer.
