Immunohistochemistry analysis of SKAP55 in paraffin-embedded rat spleen tissues. Tissue was blocked with 10% goat serum. Sample was incubated with SKAP55 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-95342) at a 1 µg/mL dilution, and developed with Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex.

Product Specific Information
Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: PANC whole cell, JURKAT whole cell. IHC: rat spleen tissue.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
This gene encodes a T cell adaptor protein, a class of intracellular molecules with modular domains capable of recruiting additional proteins but that exhibit no intrinsic enzymatic activity. The encoded protein contains a unique N-terminal region followed by a PH domain and C-terminal SH3 domain. Along with the adhesion and degranulation-promoting adaptor protein, the encoded protein plays a critical role in inside-out signaling by coupling T-cell antigen receptor stimulation to the activation of integrins.
