Immunocytochemistry analysis of SLC34A2 in A431 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in SLC34A2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143910) using a dilution of 2 μg/mL. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.

Target Information
SLC34A2 encodes a protein that is a pH-sensitive sodium-dependent phosphate transporter. Phosphate uptake is increased at lower pH. Defects in this gene are a cause of pulmonary alveolar microlithiasis. Three transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for this gene.
