SMOC1 Antibody (PA5-47754) in WB
Western blot analysis of SMOC1 in rat ovary tissue. Samples were incubated in SMOC1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47754) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for SMOC‚1 Isoform 2 at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
