SRCRB4D Antibody (PA5-47761) in WB
Western blot analysis of SRCRB4D in HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line. Samples were incubated in SRCRB4D polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47761) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for SRCRB4D at approximately 60 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
